the 19th century, Port Arthur was the British

Today enjoy a short cruise up the Gordon River.
We cruise to Hells Gates, the harbor entrance
from the Great Southern Ocean, then
on to Sarah Island, Tasmania's first and most
brutal penal settlement. We then travel up
the Gordon River, stopping where a walkway above
the forest floor lets you wander through
the myrtle rain forest. Afternoon at
leisure.
