Day 1 Leave Los Angeles

Day 3 Sydney
Arrive Sydney and transfer to your hotel. This afternoon is at leisure to relax after your flight and explore the city at your own pace.

Day 4 Sydney
Mid-morning, experience a highlight of your tour; a relaxing cruise on Sydney Harbour, with the afternoon at leisure. You may choose to go shopping at Darling Harbour or perhaps take a walking tour of the historic Rocks area. 

Day 5 Sydney - Hunter Valley
This morning collect your Budget rental car and drive to the Hunter Valley, where the scenery is as beautiful as the wine is wonderful.

Day 6 Hunter Valley
At leisure to explore the Hunter Valley and its many wineries.

Drive back to Sydney airport and fly on to Adelaide. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 8 Adelaide
Today you will fly to Kangaroo Island and tour the highlights of this beautiful area. Walk amongst Australian sea lions, visit the Remarkable Rocks and view koalas and kangaroos in their natural surrounds. Fly back to Adelaide in the evening.

Day 9 Adelaide
Experience a leisurely tour to the Barossa Valley, another of Australia's premier wine making districts. Visit boutique wineries for tastings, meet the interesting locals and enjoy a fine lunch at a local restaurant.

Day 10 Adelaide - Tasmania
This morning, you will fly to Launceston in Tasmania. Collect your Budget rental car and drive to Cradle Mountain National Park and your accommodation at Cradle Mountain Lodge (all categories).

Day 11 Tasmania
At leisure to experience the beauty of Cradle Mountain National Park. There are plenty of walking trails and the opportunity to see wildlife roaming the area.

Day 12 Tasmania - Melbourne
Drive back to Launceston for your flight to Melbourne. Transfer to your hotel in the arts and cultural capital of Australia! Tonight, experience fine dining while travelling the city aboard a specially renovated Melbourne Tramcar.

Day 13 Melbourne

Day at leisure.

Day 15 Melbourne - Home
Transfer to Melbourne airport and fly to Los Angeles.
