Africa is changing. We see it each time we visit
this magnificent continent. Don't put off what will become one
of the most memorable trips you will have ever taken. The best
time to visit Africa to view the varied wildlife is during the
dry season, from July to October.
It's
not that you will not see animals at other times of the year,
but you will not see the variety and numbers of animals which
are visible during these dry months. Do note there is a brief
dry period in East Africa from December through February, which
might better fit your vacation schedule.
The
rates are their lowest and game viewing the least attractive during
the rain periods of April, May, and November. The most expensive
time to visit Africa is during the holidays at the end of the
year. His
goal is for you to return home with many great memories.
